This bill amends the New York State Retirement and Social Security Law to allow members of the New York City Police Pension Fund to transfer service credit for prior service as an assistant district attorney of a county within New York City or as an examining attorney for the NYC Commission to Combat Police Corruption. Such transferred service will be classified as Allowable Service in the police force and included in the minimum amount of benefits under the New York City Police Pension Fund.
