This bill waives fishing, hunting, and trapping license fees for active members of the organized militia of New York, certified first responders, and residents who are blind. It also waives these fees for members of the United States armed forces in active service who are not stationed within the state and have not been in the state longer than thirty days on leave or furlough. The bill amends the environmental conservation law to include these provisions.
