Establishes a dedicated part of the New York City Civil Court for small landlord and individual tenant cases.

This bill amends the New York City Civil Court Act to create a specialized part of the court for actions and proceedings involving natural persons or small landlords. The court will consist of one housing part, two trial parts, and two resolution parts for every two million residents. Housing judges will be appointed to handle these cases.
