Exempts military members based at Fort Hamilton and Fort Wadsworth in New York City from Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge E-ZPass tolls.

The bill amends the public authorities law to exempt active duty military members based at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, and Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island, who reside in New York City from paying E-ZPass tolls associated with the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. This exemption does not apply to tolls for commercial vehicle trips. The exemption also extends to spouses and dependent children of these military members. The changes will take effect 30 days after the bill becomes law.
