It permits these establishments to sell these beverages at retail for consumption on the premises. The bill also allows licensed wineries, breweries, and farm cideries to apply for licenses to sell other alcoholic beverages at retail for consumption on the premises. The provisions of the alcoholic beverage control law relative to licenses to sell these beverages apply to such licensees.
