Authorizes Nassau County assessor to accept a tax exemption application from Gurdwara Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Inc. for 2023 taxes.

This bill authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept an application for a real property tax exemption from Gurdwara Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Inc. for all of the 2023 general taxes. If the application is accepted, the exemption will be reviewed as if it had been received by the appropriate taxable status date. The bill also allows for the refund of any taxes paid and the cancellation of any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest.
