Allows unaffiliated voters to choose one party's primary ballot in non-presidential elections.

This bill amends the election law to allow voters not enrolled in a political party to select one party's primary ballot during primary elections, excluding presidential primaries. The board of elections must send unaffiliated voters a notice and form to indicate party enrollment or decline. The bill takes effect immediately.
