This bill extends the effectiveness of certain provisions relating to tickets to places of entertainment. Specifically, it revives provisions from the arts and cultural affairs law and the general construction law that were set to expire on May 15, 2010. These provisions include requirements for displaying sales information at the point of sale and at the place of entertainment, and rules for the resale of tickets. The extended provisions will remain in effect until June 30, 2027.
