Extends eligibility for World Trade Center death and disability benefits for New York's organized militia members for four years.

This bill amends the military law to extend the eligibility period for World Trade Center death and disability benefits for members of New York's organized militia. It allows those activated on state active duty after September 11, 2001, to participate in World Trade Center site rescue, recovery, or cleanup operations to qualify for these benefits. The bill also extends the deadline for submitting claims for these benefits. The adjutant general of the division of military and naval affairs is authorized to implement regulations for these provisions.
