Authorizes the town of Greenburgh to lease certain parkland to HESP Solar LLC for solar facility and electric vehicle charging stations.

This bill authorizes the town of Greenburgh to discontinue the use of certain parkland and lease it to HESP Solar LLC for up to twenty-five years. The leased land will be used for constructing a solar facility and electric vehicle charging stations. Proceeds from the lease will fund new parkland acquisitions or capital improvements to existing park facilities. If the leased land ceases to be used for these purposes, the lease will terminate, and the land will revert to the town for public park and recreational use.
