New York A11372 extends the effectiveness of certain provisions relating to defining spearguns and allowing recreational spearfishing in New York's marine and coastal waters. This act amends the environmental conservation law to continue the definitions and regulations established in 2014. The provisions will remain in effect until June 1, 2029.
