Extends provisions of law relating to temporary investments by local governments.
This bill amends the general municipal law to extend the expiration date of provisions related to temporary investments by local governments. The changes will take effect on June 30, 1998, and will remain in effect until repealed. Investments made before the repeal will continue to be governed by the existing conditions.
