Establishes the volunteer fire infrastructure and response equipment (V-FIRE) grant program to support projects which sustain or enhance fire.

The bill establishes the volunteer fire infrastructure and response equipment (V-FIRE) grant program within the office of fire prevention and control. The program will award capital grants to support projects that sustain or enhance fire prevention and response operations, and fire prevention and response services infrastructure and equipment, including buildings, training facilities, technology, and vehicles. Grants will be awarded to eligible facility projects and equipment projects on a competitive basis.
