Authorizes Hamburg to extend Big Tree fire protection district to Blasdell after its fire department is abolished.

This bill allows the town of Hamburg to extend the Big Tree fire protection district to encompass the village of Blasdell once Blasdell's fire department is abolished by its board of trustees. The Big Tree Volunteer Firemen's Company, Inc. will maintain its corporate existence and can choose to provide fire protection in Blasdell, but will not become the village's fire department or be under village control. The extension will be governed by the town law.
