Expands the definition of interim multiple dwelling to protect long-time residents in certain buildings.

This bill amends the definition of "interim multiple dwelling" to include buildings north of West 24th Street and south of West 27th Street, west of Tenth Avenue, and east of Eleventh Avenue in cities with over one million residents. It provides protections for residents who have continuously occupied the space since before December 31, 1995, and ensures that three or more families lived independently for at least twelve consecutive months between December 31, 1995, and December 31, 2016.
