New York A11056 authorizes the village of New Berlin to discontinue the use of certain lands as parkland and sell them to Good Shepherd Communities for constructing a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The sale must occur at fair market value. The authorization is contingent on the village dedicating an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the parklands towards acquiring new parklands or making capital improvements to existing ones within the village.
