The bill enacts the "synthetic kratom kills act" to prohibit the manufacture, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of synthesized kratom material, adulterated kratom products, and other harmful kratom products. Prohibited products include those that are combustible, intended for vaporization, aerosolization, or injection; incorporated into or marketed as a conventional food or beverage product; contain flavoring agents or additives appealing to individuals under twenty-one years of age; are not in child-resistant packaging; mimic a candy product or are marketed to appeal to youth; or exceed.
