Authorizes the town clerk of Bethany, Genesee County, to be a nonresident of the town.
This bill amends the town law and the public officers law to allow the town clerk of Bethany, in Genesee County, to not be a resident of the town. This change applies only to the town of Bethany. The clerk must reside in an adjoining town or village within the county. This act takes effect immediately.
