This bill amends the insurance law to incorporate recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American College of Physicians, and other recognized scientific organizations into the establishment of immunization administration regulations. These recommendations will be considered alongside those from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the commissioner of health. The changes take effect immediately.
