Authorizes multi-year cost allowances for the Arlington central school district to be used three times in a five-year period for construction.

This bill amends the education law to allow the Arlington central school district to establish and use multi-year cost allowances for construction, reconstruction, or modernizing one project. These allowances can be used three times within a five-year period. Subsequent allowances can only be established fifteen years after the first one. The changes take effect immediately.
