This bill amends the alcoholic beverage control law to permit the issuance of a retail liquor license for premises located within 200 feet of a school, church, synagogue, or other place of worship in Greene County. The premises must be for the sale of food or beverages at retail for consumption on the premises. The amendment takes effect immediately.
