This bill amends the judiciary law to mandate the reporting of completed judicial training as required by part 17 of the rules of the chief judge of the New York state unified court system. Each judge or justice must comply with these reporting requirements. The chief administrator must release a public report on the New York state unified court system website and deliver it to the governor, the temporary president of the senate, and the speaker of the assembly on January 10th of each year.
