Expands the ability of certain persons who sell alcohol to set the price of said alcohol.

This bill amends the alcoholic beverage control law to expand the ability of certain persons who sell alcohol to set the price of said alcohol. It allows micro-wineries, wineries, farm wineries, and distillers to file price schedule changes at any time between required annual filings. The changes become effective on the first day of the second succeeding calendar month and remain in effect until the effective date of the next filing. The bill also allows wholesalers to amend their schedules to meet lower competing prices and discounts for wine of the same brand and quality.
