Increases compensation and maximum compensation for the boards of directors of off-track betting corporations.

This bill amends the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law to increase compensation for the boards of directors of off-track betting corporations. Directors may now receive $1,000 for each day or part thereof spent in attendance at meetings, up to a maximum of $15,000 per year. The chair of the board receives an additional $5,000 per year. Directors are also reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties.
