New York A10428 amends the education law to allow mifepristone or misoprostol to be dispensed without the name and address of the dispenser and patient included on the prescription label. The law requires that such prescriptions include a prescription number or other means of identifying the prescription. Dispensers must maintain a log with the prescription numbers, name and address of the dispenser and patient, and other required information for at least five years.
