The bill amends the social services law to require the office of children and family services to annually publish data on calls to the statewide central register of child abuse and maltreatment and the HEARS family line. This includes total call activity, intakes, non-reports, and other call types. The office must also publish data on calls to the HEARS family line by county. The act takes effect immediately.
