Extends authorization for New York City marshals to perform sheriff duties and eviction notice requirements.

This bill extends the authorization for New York City marshals to exercise the same functions, powers, and duties as sheriffs for executing money judgments from the supreme and family courts. It also extends the requirement for marshals to post and electronically file eviction notices. The provisions will remain in effect until June 30, 2028.
