This bill amends the agriculture and markets law to include land used in farm operations for the production of crops, livestock, or livestock products as land used in agricultural production. It specifies that such land must either consist of at least seven acres with an annual gross sales value of $5,000 or more, or less than seven acres with an annual gross sales value of $35,000 or more.
