This bill amends the highway law to dedicate a portion of the state highway system in the town of Petersburg, Rensselaer County, to Robert Bornt. The dedication is ceremonial and does not change the official name of the bridge. The commissioner of transportation is tasked with installing and maintaining appropriate signage for the dedicated bridge, which is located on state route two and crosses over state route twenty-two. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
