Authorizes Cattaraugus County assessor to accept tax exemption application from Olean Community Theatre for 2021-2022 and 2022 taxes.
The bill authorizes the Cattaraugus County assessor to accept an application for a real property tax exemption from Olean Community Theatre, Inc. for all of the 2021-2022 school taxes and all of the 2022 general taxes. If the exemption is granted, the organization may receive a refund for any taxes paid and have those taxes canceled. The application will be reviewed as if it had been received on or before the taxable status date.
