Allows prescription labels for certain hormone therapies to list the dispensing practice instead of the prescriber's name.

This bill amends the education law and public health law to allow prescription labels for gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, pubertal suppressants, anabolic steroids, alpha reductase inhibitors, progestins, or drug classes for hormone replacement therapy to include the name of the dispensing practice instead of the prescriber. It also requires health care prescribers to inform patients if the label includes the practice's name or address. The changes apply to treatments for gender dysphoria.
