Establishes a district long-term care ombudsperson council program in each assembly district to coordinate volunteer ombudspersons.

The bill creates the district long-term care ombudsperson council program, which will coordinate volunteer ombudspersons in each assembly district. Each council will consist of a chair, co-chair, secretary, and eight or more trained district advocates.
