Prohibits sale of medical solution containers containing PVC, DEHP, or unintentionally added DEHP.
Amends the environmental conservation law to prohibit the sale of medical solution containers made with PVC or intentionally added DEHP starting January 1, 2030, and medical tubing with the same materials starting January 1, 2033. Also prohibits replacing DEHP with other ortho-phthalates in revised or new products. Sets a limit of 0.1 percent weight per weight for unintentionally added DEHP in medical solution containers or medical tubing.
