This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to allow certain defenses to parking violations even if a default judgment has been entered. Specifically, if any required information is omitted from a notice of violation, the violation shall be dismissed upon application of the person charged. This change applies to notices of violation issued on and after the effective date of the act.
