Requires all colleges with onsite housing to provide and maintain opioid antagonists.

Amends the education law to require every campus of the state university of New York and every campus of the city university of New York, and every college chartered by the regents or incorporated by special act of the legislature, to provide training in the administration of opioid antagonists to every resident assistant employed by such campus. Such campuses must provide and maintain opioid antagonists in each college-owned or college-operated housing.
