This bill mandates that employers obtain written acknowledgements from employees confirming receipt of their sexual harassment prevention policy and training program. These acknowledgements must be in English and the employees' primary languages. Employers must retain these acknowledgements for six years. The acknowledgements must include an affirmation by the employee that they accurately identified their primary language to the employer and that the notice provided was in the identified language or, if unavailable, was provided in English.
