Authorizes Chautauqua County to sell and discontinue certain reforested lands.
The bill authorizes Chautauqua County to alienate and discontinue the use of certain reforested lands. This authorization is contingent on the county dedicating an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the parklands being discontinued toward the acquisition of new parklands and/or other reforested lands. The authorization becomes effective only upon the acquisition by the county of lands described in the bill. The act takes effect immediately.
