It establishes crimes for causing, risking, or failing to prevent a catastrophe. Aggravated corporate catastrophe, where a person intentionally or knowingly causes a catastrophe, is a class B felony. Corporate catastrophe, where a person recklessly causes a catastrophe, is a class D felony. Risking corporate catastrophe, where a person recklessly creates a risk of a catastrophe, is also a class D felony.
