Designates Indian Point Decommissioning Oversight Board and Indian Point Closure Task Force for MWBE participation.

This bill amends the executive law to designate the Indian Point Decommissioning Oversight Board and the Indian Point Closure Task Force for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise participation. These entities are involved in the decommissioning of Indian Point. The changes made by this bill will be repealed with the repeal of the relevant section.
