Establishes the office of New York state benefits coordination to document and track all benefit programs in the state, and establish a state.

The bill creates the office of New York state benefits coordination within the executive department. The office will document all existing benefit programs, maintain a single portal website identifying all state benefit programs, track benefit program funding and performance metrics, and track pharmaceutical price negotiation and control efforts. The portal will include wellness and mental/behavioral health screening tools, a provider-facing portal, tracking data for cross-enrolled individuals, integration with benefits education programs, a centralized repository for technology resources.
