The bill establishes a pilot program to provide alternative dispute resolution and navigator services to litigants in child support matters in the family court. The program, administered under the community dispute resolution center program, will be available at no charge to parties in cases under the family court act. It will be located in at least two counties in a city with a population of one million or more, and in at least one other county in the state.
