Extends provisions of law relating to the acquisition and disposition of real property by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

This bill amends part P of chapter 39 of the laws of 2019, extending the provisions relating to the acquisition and disposition of real property by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The changes will take effect immediately but will be repealed six years later on June 24, 2028, unless otherwise specified. Any ongoing condemnation proceedings at the time of repeal will not be affected.
