This bill amends the 2011 law that conveyed land formerly used as an armory to the town of Riverhead, Suffolk County. It allows the town to sell or lease this land to the YMCA of Long Island for recreational and community programs for all ages. Upon termination of such use, title to the lands reverts to the town of Riverhead.
