Authorizes the Ramapo town assessor to accept a tax exemption application from Lev Teen Center.

This bill authorizes the assessor of the town of Ramapo, county of Rockland, to accept an application for a real property tax exemption from Lev Teen Center. The application pertains to the 2022-2023 school taxes and all of the 2022 and 2023 general taxes for a specific parcel owned by Lev Teen Center. If accepted, the application will be reviewed as if it had been received on or before the taxable status date. If the exemption is granted, the applicable governing body or tax department may refund any taxes paid by Lev Teen Center.
