Authorizes Yeshivas Nachlas Sofrim to receive retroactive real property tax exempt status.

This bill authorizes the assessor of the town of Ramapo, county of Rockland, to accept an application for exemption from real property taxes from Yeshivas Nachlas Sofrim Inc. The application will be reviewed as if it had been received on or before the taxable status date established for the assessment roll. If the exemption is granted, the governing body or tax department may refund taxes paid and cancel any fines, penalties, liens, or interest remaining unpaid.
