Authorizes the village of Trumansburg to offer a twenty-year retirement plan to Daniel H. Austic.

This bill allows the village of Trumansburg to offer an optional twenty-year retirement plan to Daniel H. Austic, a police officer who was appointed on December 16, 2010. The village can elect to assume the additional cost of this service by filing a request with the state comptroller within one year of the bill's effective date.
