This bill authorizes the village of Kings Point, in the town of North Hempstead, county of Nassau, to discontinue and alienate specific parklands to provide additional parking for a community center being built by the United Mashadi Jewish Community of America. The village must replace the alienated parkland with new parkland of equivalent fair market value and usefulness. The authorization is effective immediately.
