Extends the New York Department of Environmental Conservation's authority to manage oysters until December 31, 2027.

The bill amends the environmental conservation law to extend the authority of the New York Department of Environmental Conservation to manage oysters (Family Ostreidae) until December 31, 2027. This includes setting regulations for size limits, catch and possession limits, open and closed seasons, closed areas, restrictions on the manner of taking and landing, permit requirements, recordkeeping, and transportation, possession, and sale requirements. The regulations must be no less restrictive than existing requirements. The changes take effect immediately.
