Authorizes the Brookhaven assessor to accept a tax exemption application from Calvary Full Gospel Assembly of God Church.

This bill authorizes the assessor of the town of Brookhaven to accept an application for a real property tax exemption from Calvary Full Gospel Assembly of God Church for the property located at 777 Sipp Avenue in East Patchogue. If the application is accepted and the church is deemed eligible, the assessor may grant the exemption upon approval from the Brookhaven town board. If the exemption is granted and the church has already paid taxes, the governing body or tax departments may refund the taxes paid, along with any fines or penalties, and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes.
