New York S07537 authorizes the town of Hurley to alienate certain lands used as parklands for the purpose of constructing a new highway garage for the town and to dedicate certain other lands as parklands. The authorization is effective only upon the condition that the town of Hurley dedicates the lands described in section four of this act as parklands, provided that the town has never used such lands for public open space or park purposes. The parklands authorized to be alienated are described in section three of this act. The act shall take effect immediately.
